MY HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Since 2015, Tommy DeCorte has built a diverse and hands-on career across nearly every corner of the film and entertainment industry in Hawai‘i. Beginning as a laborer, he quickly expanded his on-set experience to roles in the AC department, Greens, Set Lighting, Electrics, and as a Stage Hand. In 2020, he joined the Rigging Grip department and steadily advanced to the role of Best Boy, where he led crews, coordinated equipment, and enforced safety protocols, all while collaborating closely with other departments to keep productions moving smoothly.
